We care about the children. That's not to say we want you to let your children listen to Episode 31 of Mail Order Zombie (Bren's got a potty mouth sometimes!), but we do want to help you decide if When Good Ghouls Go Bad is appropriate for your children. Additionally, Brother D wants to help you decide if Sabbath (part of the Mortuary of Madness 50 Movie Pack from Mill Creek Entertainment) is appropriate for your DVD player. You can also expect all the regular Mail Order Zombie features (The Zombie Beat, Listener Feedback and the Zombie Aptitude Test) this week as well. (And make sure you stick around for at the end of the show to hear what certain wiseacres/friends of the show went and did, thinking they were funny . . . grumble, grumble . . . !) The movies Return in Red and Cadaverella step up to get the Mail Order Zombie treatment in Episode 30 of Mail Order Zombie. Brother D delivers the movies' headshots, and then fires off a (friendly) shot of his own at a fellow podcaster over . . . running zombies. Another podcaster drunk dialed the show, and Bren and D address this voicemail, as well as all the other listener emails and voicemails that have made their way to Mail Order Zombie Central this past week. Also, a recent Mail Order Zombie contest winner sends in his thoughts on the movie he received as a prize for having a horror movie alum call into the show. Y'all know the routine - this week in Episode 29 of Mail Order Zombie, Brother D sits down with two more movies to review. The Zombie Chronicles takes it Headshots, and the Living Dead Lock Up saga comes to a close with Living Dead Lock Up 3: Siege of the Dead. In addition to reviewing Living Dead Lock Up 3, Brother D is also going to look back at the entire trilogy and offer a few thoughts on the viewing experience of these three no-budgeters. Bren pops in to go over everyone's Feedback where we hear from a special friend of the show who may or may not have had his hometown overrun with zombies. We're still taking answers for the current Zombie Aptitude Test question, but we start the show out with a solid dose of news in this week's Zombie Beat. The Living Dead Lock Up saga continues as Brother D reviews Living Dead Lock Up 2: March of the Dead in Episode 28 of Mail Order Zombie; the movie Dead Creatures will also get its headshots this week. The headshot count this week is low, but the number of news items in this week's Zombie Beat is high with zombie movie, game and theatre news. Bren stops by to take a bite out of the Listener Feedback, and we go over the current Zombie Aptitude Test answers before going over the next ZAT question (which was submitted by one of the listeners!). Also, Dave from the Cheap and Dirty Podcast has his own theory as to how the original Night of the Living Dead became the well-known and -loved classic that it is. (This week's show is a little lighter than normal, but next week we'll be back up to 100-minutes-or-so - I promise!) Email us at MailOrderZombie@gmail.com or call us at 206-202-2505!
